The mobile number
The eight-digit Kuwaiti number that should receive the balance, written without the country code. We add +965 for you. It does not have to be your own line.
Independent top-up desk · Kuwait
Loadline KW is an independent online desk for stc recharge, stc quick pay and prepaid balance top-ups across Kuwait. Pick an amount in Kuwaiti dinar, send us the mobile number, and our billing team confirms the details by email before anything is paid.
No account, no app, no stored card on this site.
Before you start
The eight-digit Kuwaiti number that should receive the balance, written without the country code. We add +965 for you. It does not have to be your own line.
Choose one of the preset values or type your own between KWD 1.000 and KWD 50.000. The service fee is shown next to the total before you agree to anything.
Every request gets a written reply with the reference number, the amount and the payment options. That email is the only contact detail we need from you.
Three steps
Open the top-up page, say whether you want a prepaid line recharge or a quick pay bill request, then fill in the number and the amount.
A member of the billing team checks the request and replies by email with the total, the fee and the payment options. Nothing is charged before you reply.
Once the payment clears we push the credit to the line and send a written confirmation carrying the same reference number you received in step two.
Transparency
We publish the numbers instead of hiding them in a confirmation screen. If a request falls outside these limits we say so in the reply rather than splitting it without asking.

Scope
Our desk covers everyday prepaid traffic for mobile users in Kuwait and nothing beyond it. We do not sell handsets, we do not sell contracts, and we do not operate in any other country.
If you are unsure which of the two applies to your line, send the request anyway and write the question in the email reply — we would rather ask once than process the wrong thing.
Support
Sunday to Thursday, 09:00–18:00. Saturday, 10:00–15:00. Closed on Friday. All times AST (UTC+3). Outside those hours you can still send a request — it is queued and answered in the next working block.
