About the desk

An independent top-up desk working only in Kuwait

Loadline KW takes a prepaid top-up request, checks it with a person, and completes it once payment clears. That is the whole business — no app, no membership, no stored balance.

What we actually do

Topping up a prepaid line is simple until something gets in the way: a card that a local portal refuses, a line that belongs to a relative, an employer paying for several numbers at once, or a bill that needs settling while the account holder is away. Our desk exists for those cases. You send the number and the amount, we confirm the total in writing, and after payment we push the credit to the line.

Requests are handled by people during the published support hours. Nothing is automated to the point where a mistyped digit goes through unchecked — if a number looks wrong for a Kuwaiti prepaid line, we ask before spending your money.

What the desk covers

The desk covers balance top-ups and bill payments for lines in Kuwait. Handsets, SIM cards, new contracts and numbers registered outside Kuwait sit outside that.

How we handle money

Pricing is published on the top-up page and repeated in every confirmation email: the amount you asked for, plus one flat service fee of KWD 0.250. Payment happens after you have seen that total, never before. We do not keep card details on this website and we never ask for a one-time password or a PIN — nobody from this desk has any reason to request either.

Why the address and hours are on every page

A top-up service asks you to part with money before you receive anything, so the least we can do is be reachable. The registered address, a phone line, a WhatsApp number and an email on our own domain sit in the footer of every page, and the refund rules are written out rather than summarised.
