Who controls your data

Loadline KW, Plus Code 9X47+Q9F, Kuwait City, Kuwait, decides how the data collected on loadlinekw.org is used. Privacy questions go to billing@loadlinekw.org and are answered within the published support hours.

What we collect

From the top-up form: the mobile number to credit, the amount, your email address, and — only for a quick pay bill request — the civil ID or contract number written on the bill. From the contact form: your name, your email address, the subject and the text of your message.

We do not collect card numbers on this website. There is no field for them and no step that asks for one.

Why we need it

The mobile number identifies the line to credit. The amount sets the total. The email address is how we confirm the request, send the reference number and handle any refund. The civil ID or contract number is required by the bill payment route and is used for that single request.

How long we keep it

Request records are kept for twenty-four months so that a later refund or dispute can be checked against what was actually sent. Contact form messages are kept for twelve months. After those periods the records are deleted.

Who else sees it

Request details are shared with the payment provider that processes your payment and, where the top-up route requires it, with the operator channel that delivers the balance. Nothing is sold, rented or passed to advertisers. We may disclose data where a Kuwaiti authority lawfully requires it.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion once the retention period for a completed request has passed. Write to billing@loadlinekw.org from the address you used on the request and we will reply within thirty days.

Storage in your browser

This site writes two values into your browser: your colour theme and your answer to the cookie notice. Both stay on your device and are described in full in the cookie notice. There are no advertising or analytics trackers on loadlinekw.org.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Request records are reachable only by the staff who process them. We will never phone, email or message you asking for a password, a card PIN or a one-time code — if someone does, it is not us.
